Where is my data stored?
In a data centre in Germany (EU). Every customer gets their own instance with its own database, shared with no one.
What happens after the trial?
You add a payment method when you book. After 14 days your subscription starts unless you cancel first. Nothing is charged before then.
Can I use my own logo and colour?
Yes. During setup you choose your company name, logo and colour. Your clients only ever see your brand in the portal and in emails.
Which AI powers it?
Claude by Anthropic, with your own API key. The AI works with your knowledge base so it knows your business. Without a key, everything else keeps working.
How do I cancel?
In your account under “Manage subscription”, any time, effective at the end of the billing period. Your workspace is then kept locked for 30 days before it is deleted.
Can we bring our existing data?
Contacts, clients and knowledge articles can be imported. For larger migrations we help you on the Enterprise plan.
